It might not sound like it, but lately, I’ve become obsessed with tanuki. Why? Well, not only are they cute, but my favourite Touhou character (yeah, it changed) and possibly MY FAVOURITE CHARACTER OF ALL TIME (beating Rider) Mamizou Futatsuiwa. To show my love, I actually drew a picture of Mamizou. I titled it Tanuki Hipster due to a meme that follows her. Check the meme out on Google.

So, one of the reasons why I haven’t been posting lately is because I’ve started drawing with my tablet. Compared to my newest one, which will be posted in a second, this one sucks. Just saying.

Anyhow, as requested! My most recent artwork is this dragon.
I’m trying to work on a few different things in between our big project to practice myself with varied methods. This piece in particular was done in Paint Tool SAI over a span of 4-5 hours. I digitally painted it in a single layer with the “brush” tool.
Anyhow, there are 24 days left until Christmas now.
